Abstract
This study reviews and describes the quality assurance system based on Huyula culture from Juran's perspective in the era of society 5.0. the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study or literature study. The results showed that given Juran's quality assurance system, to improve quality at all levels or levels of education, it is better to use the quality trilogy concept, namely "quality planning, quality improvement, and quality control", and develop a strategic quality approach which is a three-part process based on staff. at various levels that make contributions from human resources as managers for quality improvement, and by collaborating on Huyula culture in managing human resources as managers, movers, and users, a unified system will grow based on cooperation and cooperation and responsibility and is more humane for achieving the quality and objectives that have been set based on existing standards.
